Bible Study on Repenting To God’s For Absolution Of Our Sins Through Redemption By Christ Jesus according to Luke 19:5-9, Acts 3:19, 1 John 1:9, Romans 6:12-13, Ephisians 1:7, Colossians 1:12-14, James 4:7, Galations 5:24, Romans 8:1

True sign of repentance is how we live our new lives in Christ and turned around and turned away from our sins. Besides, the plaintiff, your community and the authorities and the law of justice will be more willing to accept your peal for forgiveness or perhaps leniency in the punishment or even pardon.  Can you let the Lord heal you? and leave your sins and your past behind with the Lord? let the Holy Spirit break the chains of bondages and the wages of sins for you are the child of God?

The story of Zacchaeus the Roman tax collector was taking advantage and reaping the people of Jerusalem in Luke: 19. 5. And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up, and said unto him, Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down; for to-day I must abide at thy house. 6. And he made haste, and came down, and received him joyfully. 7. And when they saw it, they all murmured, saying, He is gone in to lodge with a man that is a sinner. 8. And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord, Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have wrongfully exacted aught of any man, I restore fourfold. 9. And Jesus said unto him, To-day is salvation come to this house, forasmuch as he also is a son of Abraham.

Sometimes we are haunted by our previous sins or revisiting our past or feeling shameful or criticised even though. But once accepted Christ Jesus we are forgiven for once and for all, for we are cleansed by the blood of the lamb who died for us for our sins. Receive the ministry of the Holy Spirit to administer to us. Acts: 3. 19. Repent ye therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, that so there may come seasons of refreshing from the presence of the Lord;

How do we overcome this feeling and remain there? We remember God and acknowledge and confess our sins before God. We need to be honest with ourselves and more so before God because it is our responsibility for our repentance and God knows all as mentioned in 1 John: 1. 9. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Turn away from sins. We are no longer under the law but under the grace of God, because God who strengthens us. Romans: 6. 12. Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey the lusts thereof: 13. neither present your members unto sin [as] instruments of unrighteousness; but present yourselves unto God, as alive from the dead, and your members [as] instruments of righteousness unto God.

Accept and receive God’s forgiveness and not have to work for our repentance. We need to walk forward with Jesus and leave our sins behind. Ephesians: 1. 7. in whom we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, Lets was all our sins in the blood of Jesus and once and for all forgiven in the blood of the lamb.

Thank God for His forgiveness and grace and has given His inheritance and through the blood of Jesus saved us from our sins. So that we can have victory over our sins as in Colossians: 1. 12. giving thanks unto the Father, who made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light; 13. who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the kingdom of the Son of his love; 14. in whom we have our redemption, the forgiveness of our sins:

Although we have been forgiven, but the devil might look for the stronghold of our past or the sins of our ancestors and bring condemnation to us. Sometimes we need to do renunciation to cut off these devil’s stronghold through prayer and supplication. Some of the sins that are carried down from generations are bitterness, unforgivable, unhealthy habits, alcohol, drugs, idol worship, charms, horoscopes, uncontrolled sexual perversion, premarital sex (roll out the sins on the couple and future generations), child abortion, multiple sexual relationship (breaking the soul ties and emotional scares), used, abused, raped. If we do not renounce this sins, it can be used by the devil to attack us and used against you. We need to break our past and keep on carry the baggage of unforgiviness into our future. Pray the prayer of the renunciation of sins, generation curses and break ancestral contracts with the devil. Draw near to God and resist the temptations of the devil. Submit to the Lord and run as in James: 4. 7. Be subject therefore unto God; but resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Sometimes forgiveness of sins might take some time, because we might need some time to clear our heart, mind and soul. Walk with the Lord, walk in the Spirit and live in the Spirit. Galatians: 5. 24. And they that are of Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with the passions and the lusts thereof.

Rest and trust in the Lord that there is no more condemnation for we walk in the light and love of Christ Jesus. We live in the law of the Spirit of life of Christ Jesus and not under the condemnation of the Law.  Romans: 8. 1. There is therefore now no condemnation to them that are in Christ Jesus. So that we can walk a victorious life in Christ Jesus and have a breakthrough from our past. We need to break the curse of past, so that God can release the flood gates of Heaven and so our future and future generations can walk in freedom.

Bible Study on Edification Through Speaking Mysteries In Tongues And Empowering For The Spiritual Battlefield By The Holy Spirit Of God according to Acts 1:4-5, John 14:12, Acts 2:4,38, Acts 4:31, Acts 19:6, 1 Corinthians 14:1-4

Jesus said that I have to go back to his father, but I will send somebody called the Holy Spirit to help. The baptism of the Holy Spirit is important, even Jesus reminded His disciples to wait for the Holy Spirit until it is given to them before departing as in Acts: 1. 4. and, being assembled together with them, he charged them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the promise of the Father, which, [said he], ye heard from me: Acts: 1. 5. For John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized in the Holy Spirit not many days hence.

According to Jesus the importance of the Holy Spirit is that the Holy Spirit can do even greater things than Him. Because the Bible promises us that we can do greater things in life as in John: 14. 12. Verily, verily, I say unto you, he that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater [works] than these shall he do; because I go unto the Father.

We should stop depending on ourselves but rely on the Holy Spirit as when we are baptized with the Holy Spirit, we will receive power from high to do great works for God. As followers of Christ we are made conquerors and victors in the name of Jesus. Jesus will not send us into the spiritual battle field without given us the proper equipments, armour and weapons. For God wants us to have all the things we need in serving His kingdom.

The gift of the Holy Spirit is freely given and not earned by the grace of God. Although the gifts is free to those who qualify, we still need to receive these gifts of the Holy Spirit according to Acts: 2. 38. And Peter [said] unto them, Repent ye, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ unto the remission of your sins; and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

One of these gifts are the ability to speak in tongues. It is not the only signs of baptism by the Holy Spirit, but it is part of the whole package of being baptized by the Holy Spirit. However, one doesn’t have to be able speak in tongues by being baptized by the Holy Spirit, but it is frequently used as an evidence of the baptism by the Holy Spirit as in Acts: 2. 4. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. Acts: 4. 31. And when they had prayed, the place was shaken wherein they were gathered together; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spake the word of God with boldness. Acts: 19. 6. And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Spirit came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.

The importance of speaking in tongue is that it is the spiritual language, where no man can understand, in order to communicate with God and the Holy Spirit. Furthermore, it helps us to strengthen and edifieth ourselves and the church of Christ as in 1 Corinthians: 14. 1. Follow after love; yet desire earnestly spiritual [gifts], but rather that ye may prophesy. 2. For he that speaketh in a tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God; for no man understandeth; but in the spirit he speaketh mysteries. 3. But he that prophesieth speaketh unto men edification, and exhortation, and consolation. 4. He that speaketh in a tongue edifieth himself; but he that prophesieth edifieth the church. We have the choice whether to speak in tongues or in human language, however when everyone speak in tongues, we create a spiritual atmosphere. Furthermore, speaking in tongues is a weapon used in spiritual warfare to fight against the forces of Satan.

Stop running into the battlefield without the weapon by the Holy Spirit, start depending on the Holy Spirit. With the baptism of the Holy Spirit, we will get empowered and thus overcome all obstacles like we never see before. Greater things we will do only by the Holy Spirit saith in the Word of God.

Bible Study on Blessing Your Spiritual Gifts Onto Others As A Testament Of The Miracles Of God according to Matthew 10:19-20, John 4:16-19, Acts 16:14-18, Acts 13:2, Ephisians 4:7-13, 11, 1 Corinthians 12:7,31, Acts 4:4, 1 Peter 4:10-11, 1 Corinthians 14:1, Romans 12:6-8, 1 Peter 4:11, 1 Corinthians 12:1-11

What can take years to change a person, the Holy Spirit only takes minutes. God works into our lives through spiritual gifts. The Holy Spirit is actively working in our lives and gives us gifts. We need these gifts in us, because we don’t have abilities enough in us to meet the needs of others. Let the Holy Spirit open our hearts  and glorify God for He is the prime mover and He builds up our body. Then will our lives be marked by holiness enabling the Holy Spirit to change and transform us from inside out.

Spiritual gifts are special abilities given to us by the Holy Spirit. We did purchased it but is given freely. As followers of Christ, the Holy Spirit decides who gets what gifts. Among the gifts that are freely given are word of wisdom, word of knowledge, discerning of the Holy Spirit, acts of miracles and healings, delivering of prophecy, etc.

Holy Spirit gives us word of wisdom to speak into a particular situation. Matthew: 10. 19. But when they deliver you up, be not anxious how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that hour what ye shall speak. 20. For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father that speaketh in you.

Word of knowledge is information from the Holy Spirit that is not open to public, but only to the person that bears witness to God. John: 4. 16. Jesus saith unto her, Go, call thy husband, and come hither. 17. The woman answered and said unto him, I have no husband. Jesus saith unto her, Thou saidst well, I have no husband: 18. for thou hast had five husbands; and he whom thou now hast is not thy husband: this hast thou said truly. 19. The woman saith unto him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet.

Discerning of the Holy Spirit, we don’t discern by outlook and appearance only but through the nudging and telling of the Holy Spirit as in Paul with slave girl in Acts: 16. 14. And a certain woman named Lydia, a seller of purple of the city of Thyatira, one that worshipped God, heard us: whose heart the Lord opened to give heed unto the things which were spoken by Paul. 15. And when she was baptized, and her household, she besought us, saying, If ye have judged me to be faithful to the Lord, come into my house, and abide [there]. And she constrained us. 16. And it came to pass, as we were going to the place of prayer, that a certain maid having a spirit of divination met us, who brought her masters much gain by soothsaying. 17. The same following after Paul and us cried out, saying, These men are servants of the Most High God, who proclaim unto you the way of salvation. 18. And this she did for many days. But Paul, being sore troubled, turned and said to the spirit, I charge thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her. And it came out that very hour.

Acts of miracles and healings is special happenings beyond human and scientific and technological abilities. We need to pray regularly because we believe in a God that heals.

Delivering of prophecy are words given to the church or individual to be expanded and given to many. Prophecies can come through impression or contemplation by the Holy Spirit or from the meditation of the Word. Acts: 13. 2. And as they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them.

Gifts of the Holy Spirit are for the church and not for individuals, in order to build up the body of Christ. These gifts are apportioned to all body of Christ, that through strong faith and clean heart are worthy of receiving such grace poured out by God. So that the body of Christ built through discipleship and the ministry of the Word can operate effectively as noted in Ephesians: 4. 7. But unto each one of us was the grace given according to the measure of the gift of Christ. 11. And he gave some [to be] apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; 12. for the perfecting of the saints, unto the work of ministering, unto the building up of the body of Christ: 13. till we all attain unto the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a fullgrown man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

Whatever the gifts you received is important, for your sake, for others sake and for a common good. 1 Corinthians: 12. 7. But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit to profit withal.

The gifts are for the sharing of the Word and open up hearts to the Gospel. Acts: 4. 4. But many of them that heard the word believed; and the number of the men came to be about five thousand.

Spiritual gifts glorifies God, because it is God who enables for the exercise of our gifts. It’s not his or hers, it’s God.
1 Peter: 4. 10. according as each hath received a gift, ministering it among yourselves, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God; 11. if any man speaketh, [speaking] as it were oracles of God; is any man ministereth, [ministering] as of the strength which God supplieth: that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, whose is the glory and the dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

Eagerly desire the spiritual gifts because we need it and we need the Holy Spirit to come in His power as mentioned in 1 Corinthians: 12. 31. But desire earnestly the greater gifts. And moreover a most excellent way show I unto you.

Follow the way of love for one another, to access and exercise our spiritual gifts as described in 1 Corinthians: 14. 1. Follow after love; yet desire earnestly spiritual [gifts], but rather that ye may prophesy. Because love is motivation to exercise the gifts. When we share lives with others we get to feel God’s love. Ministering to hurting people we will recognize that we need God, because we will feel inadequate ourselves and need God to administer to the needy, despair and destitute.

God has given us these gifts in order for us to step out for His Kingdom and glorify His name. Let us pray for humility,  teachability, receptivity and sensibility to what the Holy Spirit is saying and prompting us. According to Romans: 12. 6. And having gifts differing according to the grace that was given to us, whether prophecy, [let us prophesy] according to the proportion of our faith; 7. or ministry, [let us give ourselves] to our ministry; or he that teacheth, to his teaching; 8. or he that exhorteth, to his exhorting: he that giveth, [let him do it] with liberality; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that showeth mercy, with cheerfulness. And in Ephesians: 4. 11. And he gave some [to be] apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
Also in 1 Peter: 4. 11. if any man speaketh, [speaking] as it were oracles of God; is any man ministereth, [ministering] as of the strength which God supplieth: that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, whose is the glory and the dominion for ever and ever. Amen. Again in 1 Corinthians: 12. 1. Now concerning spiritual [gifts], brethren, I would not have you ignorant. 4. Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5. And there are diversities of ministrations, and the same Lord. 6. And there are diversities of workings, but the same God, who worketh all things in all. 7. But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit to profit withal. 8. For to one is given through the Spirit the word of wisdom; and to another the word of knowledge, according to the same Spirit: 9. to another faith, in the same Spirit; and to another gifts of healings, in the one Spirit; 10. and to another workings of miracles; and to another prophecy; and to another discernings of spirits; to another [divers] kinds of tongues; and to another the interpretation of tongues: 11. but all these worketh the one and the same Spirit, dividing to each one severally even as he will.

Bible Study on Sailing In The Prophetic Wind With God according to Acts 8:9-13

In all seasons of your life, we need to move for God and not just remain at the back seat as a spectators. Eternal life begins now here there and does not begin after we are gone, for God has no use of us on earth after we leave. What will you do in waiting for Christ Jesus’s return?

Acts: 8. 9. But there was a certain man, Simon by name, who beforetime in the city used sorcery, and amazed the people of Samaria, giving out that himself was some great one: 10. to whom they all gave heed, from the least to the greatest, saying, This man is that power of God which is called Great. 11. And they gave heed to him, because that of long time he had amazed them with his sorceries. 12. But when they believed Philip preaching good tidings concerning the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women. 13. And Simon also himself believed: and being baptized, he continued with Philip; and beholding signs and great miracles wrought, he was amazed.
As seen in above scripture, with or without you, God’s prophetic timeline will be fulfilled and you will see God’s amazing signs and great wonders. We pray to live long and fruitful life and not prematurely one. With such longevity, we can hope to do more things with God and thus leave a Godly legacy for your children and grandchildren to witness and recall.

During revival, for your sake, for your family’s sake, your nation’s sake and sake of the world. We need to move on, deliberately we need to say yes to God. We are sometimes get used to our environment. We need to get out. When the wind is blowing, we don’t keep our boat in the  backyard. But we need to sail with the wind. There will be hindrance along the way because we are battling the forces of evil, but be of good cheer and remain faithful for God has gone before you and opened the road for you.

Though how small is our faith, but collectively the faith will be big. Even as small as mustard seed, that mountain will be removed in the name of God in God’s perfect timing and timeline. We must seek first the kingdom of God and it’s righteousness and glorify. We will see things we never seen before and riches of heaven that we cannot even imagine. God is a working God, for God is God. If it is God’s plans we go with him. Don’t fight God because we are of His creation and accept His will willingly.

Bible Study on Looking Onto Jesus To Run Our Race With Joy Of The Lord Before You according to Hebrews 12:10-11, Revelation 3:10-11, Matthew 24:13-14, 2 Timothy 4:7

Discouragements and trials are good to us as stated in Hebrews: 12. 10. For they indeed for a few days chastened [us] as seemed good to them; but he for [our] profit, that [we] may be partakers of his holiness.

When you are discouraged instead of looking to the Lord, instead we responded or reacted to it. As a result, we become the result or product of our discouragements. Because when we react and response to discouragements we become to the like of that discouragement. And the discouragement and the heat of trial will drain you of your energy, spirit and sanity. Let us not be discouraged because of bitterness, not because of revenge, but only because of the Love of God. Count it all joy when we are tested.

Discouragement are always painful. We need to look to Jesus to lift up the weight of discouragements. Sometimes, we cannot get out because our eyes is fixed on the person that discourage us. God did not say lay aside the heavy weight, but look to Jesus when discouraged add shown in Hebrews: 12. 11. All chastening seemeth for the present to be not joyous but grievous; yet afterward it yieldeth peaceable fruit unto them that have been exercised thereby, [even the fruit] of righteousness. However, in God’s trial and joy are always on the same line. The other word in the Bible for discouragement is discipline or chastening. God disciplines us because He wants us to yield fruits of joy and peace because testing of faith produces fruits of joy. God wants to train us and we should trive to over train all the time. Good leaders are people who have gone through hardship and difficult times, else they will not know how to overcome difficulties when at the helm of leadership.

Run with endurance because endurance is the most important thing in our race of our life. If we do not endure, we will not change or be trained. This race is the race of faith in God that needs to be finished and we need endurance to run this race with God, because this race is not dependant on others as depicted in Revelation: 3. 10. Because thou didst keep the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of trial, that [hour] which is to come upon the whole world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. Revelation: 3. 11. I come quickly: hold fast that which thou hast, that no one take thy crown. Run to the end you will be saved according to Matthew: 24. 13. But he that endureth to the end, the same shall be saved. 14. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world for a testimony unto all the nations; and then shall the end come. For the joy of the Lord is greater in the end than in the beginning.

Everyday we need to fight a good fight you good and faithful servant. So that we finished the race and kept our faith.  2 Timothy: 4. 7. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith: Let’s renew the joy of the Lord in us. Let the joy of the Lord be our strength. Let the wine of the Lord fill us than the wine of man.

Bible Study on Will You Trust God For His Grace, When There Is No Wind Or Rain But There Is Water according to 2 Kings 3:8-25

Will you dig ditches as said God and trust God or will you dig wells to tap into underground water source as per your own knowledge. Will you let God fill your ditches with water when you are asleep even there is no sign of wind or rain.

According to the Bible the history in 2 Kings: 3. 4. Now Mesha king of Moab was a sheep-master; and he rendered unto the king of Israel the wool of a hundred thousand lambs, and of a hundred thousand rams. 5. But it came to pass, when Ahab was dead, that the king of Moab rebelled against the king of Israel. 6. And king Jehoram went out of Samaria at that time, and mustered all Israel. 7. And he went and sent to Jehoshaphat the king of Judah, saying, The king of Moab hath rebelled against me: wilt thou go with me against Moab to battle? And he said, I will go up: I am as thou art, my people as thy people, my horses as thy horses. The above depicts that when a strong and  authoritarian leader dies, all of his forged empire crushes into pieces. Where former allies are now enemies and former generals are now renegades. As the country get thorn apart by the rebellion, some former ill treated factions will take opportunity of this weakness for uprising and seek revenge. A sight portraying the ugliness and brutality of humanity.

Among the servants of the King of Israel, there was a servant with a heart for God. He was not a general but only a servant. To be great, you do not need to be great, for we have a great To God who does great things for us as witnessed in 2 Kings: 3. 8. And he said, Which way shall we go up? And he answered, The way of the wilderness of Edom. 9. So the king of Israel went, and the king of Judah, and the king of Edom; and they made a circuit of seven days’ journey: and there was no water for the host, nor for the beasts that followed them. 10. And the king of Israel said, Alas! for Jehovah hath called these three kings together to deliver them into the hand of Moab. 11. But Jehoshaphat said, Is there not here a prophet of Jehovah, that we may inquire of Jehovah by him? And one of the king of Israel’s servants answered and said, Elisha the son of Shaphat is here, who poured water on the hands of Elijah. Elisha did more credential than all the 3 Kings of Israel. Because he was willing pour water on Elijah’s hand and for some other people, which is considered a trivial task to many. It’s all about servanthood not just being under the spotlight. Because too many people wants to be in the spotlight and not laboring in the ministry behind the stage. When serving in a ministry, always treat it as God’s Calling and not as a career literally.

Radical plans come when you go radical for God first. Go back to the basic in seeking God. Jesus and God can connect young people in their presence better than any church program can. Soaked in the presence of God, radical programs will come as seen in 2 Kings: 3. 14. And Elisha said, As Jehovah of hosts liveth, before whom I stand, surely, were it not that I regard the presence of Jehoshaphat the king of Judah, I would not look toward thee, nor see thee. 15. But now bring me a minstrel. And it came to pass, when the minstrel played, that the hand of Jehovah came upon him.

God asked to dig ditches not well. If we dig well instead, it becomes so close between trusting God and playing God. When God give us instruction, we always have a choice to obey or not. In either case the outcomes will be totally different between a winner and a loser as depicted in 2 Kings: 3. 17. For thus saith Jehovah, Ye shall not see wind, neither shall ye see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, and ye shall drink, both ye and your cattle and your beasts. When going gets though, the though gets going. There will be no rain, no wind but there will still be water. Sometimes we are faced with circumstances that doubts our belief on what God can do. And sometimes we might think that the are too many fish in the same pond, may be no more food or opportunity left for me. You are blessed either in the city or in the valley, but you are already blessed. For God loves you more than the birds because they don’t sow or reap. God did not send rain, but send only water that look like blood so to confuse the enemy. For God loves you and have big plans for you, it’s about you.

God don’t want you just to have a position but influence, because water is easy stuff to God. You just need to trust His grace as depicted in 2 Kings: 3. 22. And they rose up early in the morning, and the sun shone upon the water, and the Moabites saw the water over against them as red as blood: 23. and they said, This is blood; the kings are surely destroyed, and they have smitten each man his fellow: now therefore, Moab, to the spoil. 24. And when they came to the camp of Israel, the Israelites rose up and smote the Moabites, so that they fled before them; and they went forward into the land smiting the Moabites. 25. And they beat down the cities; and on every good piece of land they cast every man his stone, and filled it; and they stopped all the fountains of water, and felled all the good trees, until in Kir-hareseth [only] they left the stones thereof; howbeit the slingers went about it, and smote it.

God gives grace to humble people like Elisha. People with a humble heart and mind that resists proud, will receive more grace from God. We must admit that we cannot in all our circumstances but through Him we can. It is not about the big things, it’s all about God’s blessings. It’s not about the place, it’s all about you and people.

Bible Study on Entering God’s Rest according to Matthew 11:28-29, Hebrews 3:7-11, Matthew 4:1-4, Genesis 2:1-4, Hebrews 6:28, Genesis 3:17, Hebrews 4:9-11

Rest is the confidence, peace, a belief that everything already prepared, provided for us. We believe in God that He has provided us all things like success, blessings, super natural peace, love, healing, career, provisions, that you will be the head and not the tail. And that you will be the top and not the bottom.

Rest is the greatest expression of faith. How much do you trust Jesus for all your provision. Jesus once said don’t worry, don’t stress as in Matthew: 11. 28. Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Can you trust God enough that He will provide you everything for doing nothing? Do you trust what you see and hear in this World or what the Holy Spirit guides you as mentioned in Hebrews: 3. 7. Wherefore, even as the Holy Spirit saith, To-day if ye shall hear his voice, 8. Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, Like as in the day of the trial in the wilderness.

God have prepared everything for the children of Israel I.e. cities that have yet been built and wells have yet been dug. They just need to trust in God and move in. But because of the disobedient of that generation, they never get to enter into the promised land as recorded in Hebrews: 3. 9. Where your fathers tried [me] by proving [me,] And saw my works forty years. 10. Wherefore I was displeased with this generation, And said, They do always err in their heart: But they did not know my ways; 11. As I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.

Fight of faith is the battle of our mind and heart. Hebrews: 4. 1. Let us fear therefore, lest haply, a promise being left of entering into his rest, any one of you should seem to have come short of it. 2. For indeed we have had good tidings preached unto us, even as also they: but the word of hearing did not profit them, because it was not united by faith with them that heard.

Having faith in the works of Jesus and that He has set us free. Can we believe in it. It’s finished work but a person shall not have it because s/he did not believe that the finished works of God existed in the first place as described in Hebrews: 4. 3. For we who have believed do enter into that rest; even as he hath said, As I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.

Hebrews: 4. 4. For he hath said somewhere of the seventh [day] on this wise, And God rested on the seventh day from all his works;
From above scripture, God rested on the 7th day because all His creations was finished. Man was created on the Sabbath so as to enjoy the rest of God. Genesis: 2. 1. And the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. 2. And on the seventh day God finished his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. 3. And God blessed the seventh day, and hallowed it; because that in it he rested from all his work which God had created and made.

Work is a good thing. Work is the only way to gifts, develop potential and serve others. Work is useful, pleasure and hope. For God is against toil. Toil is hard, continuous labor marked by strife,  struggle, weariness and pain.
Genesis: 3. 17. And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in toil shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

We shall work hard but not work to the ground. We shall allow space for God to do His work or for faith to kick in. For everything has already been prepared for us already as reminded in Matthew: 6. 28. And why are ye anxious concerning raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin.And again in Matthew: 11. 29. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

Before we can have deliverance or success, we need to have rest first  as seen in Hebrews: 4. 9. There remaineth therefore a sabbath rest for the people of God. 10. For he that is entered into his rest hath himself also rested from his works, as God did from his. 11. Let us therefore give diligence to enter into that rest, that no man fall after the same example of disobedience.

Everything in the Kingdom of God is about sowing and reaping. With trust in God, when we vision our liberation, that is faith. When we refuse to let the Kingdom to slip away, that is diligence. And when we continue to sow into His kingdom with whatever little or alot He has blessed us with, that is obedience to God. For God is has already finished His work in us.
