Bible Study On Sanctify Your Inner Spirit By Following God’s Word According To Revelations 2:5, 1 Corinthians 3:18, James 1:22, Proverbs 11:30

Be mindful and grateful for the sacrifice on the cross by our Lord Jesus Christ. It is against God’s word, that we ever leave our first love. As in Revelation 2:4. But I have [this] against thee, that thou didst leave thy first love. 5. Remember therefore whence thou art fallen, and repent and do the first works; or else I come to thee, and will move thy candlestick out of its place, except thou repent.

Let us not be fooled by worldly people and material things, or even fooling to ourselves that these things are better. For God has spoken in 1 Corinthians: 3.18. Let no man deceive himself. If any man thinketh that he is wise among you in this world, let him become a fool, that he may become wise. 19. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He that taketh the wise in their craftiness: 20. and again, The Lord knoweth the reasonings of the wise that they are vain. 21. Wherefore let no one glory in men. For all things are yours; 22. whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are yours; 23. and ye are Christ’s; and Christ is God’s.

God asked us to be doers of his commandments and to do it gladly and fervently unto Him. This is recorded in James: 1.21. Wherefore putting away all filthiness and overflowing of wickedness, receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls. 22. But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deluding your own selves. 23. For if any one is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a mirror: 24. for he beholdeth himself, and goeth away, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. 25. But he that looketh into the perfect law, the [law] of liberty, and [so] continueth, being not a hearer that forgetteth but a doer that worketh, this man shall be blessed in his doing.

God asked us to grow like the Tree Of Life and flourish like the Righteous Green Leaves. For only the righteous can save souls and master over the wicked and evil. The Word can be found in Proverbs: 11. 25. The liberal soul shall be made fat; And he that watereth shall be watered also himself. 26. He that withholdeth grain, the people shall curse him; But blessing shall be upon the head of him that selleth it. 27. He that diligently seeketh good seeketh favor; But he that searcheth after evil, it shall come unto him. 28. He that trusteth in his riches shall fall; But the righteous shall flourish as the green leaf. 29. He that troubleth his own house shall inherit the wind; And the foolish shall be servant to the wise of heart. 30. The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; And he that is wise winneth souls. 31. Behold, the righteous shall be recompensed in the earth: How much more the wicked and the sinner!

It is apparent for those who seek increases in your Holy Spirit will do according to God’s commandment. First and foremost is turning towards and believing in our saviour Lord Jesus Christ, that through his meekness and sacrifices that humanity has a hope.

Secondly, the Holy has to be able to discern clearly what is truly God’s Word and what is the world’s lies and tracery. We have to live peacefully in world amongst all types of people. But we have to have a discerning and soft heart to be able hear from God and not fooling ourselves or being fooled.

While awaiting for His return, we must act upon the Word Of God and not be mere watchers and hearers. Because the result of being the actor against being the spectator is the difference of heaven and earth.

Lastly, God wants us to grow from a small righteous Green Leaf to become a big luscious Tree Of Life. For a grown big tree has bigger capacity to save more souls. Amen and God Bless you!
